byron dThe staff was helpful. When I had difficulty parking the trailer, he helped us remove it and put it in place. And secondly because I am a new customer, I didn't know how to return the trailer in the app, so he helped us close the contract on his end. I was very nervous because there was no proof that actually returned the trailer, the prompt action of the drop-off staff brought me so much relief. Thank you for the great service.
Alexa TWhile the pickup location was good I was disappointed when my reservation was moved 25 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was and in the communication there was no understanding that moving the pickup location from where I reserved the trailer would lead to an additional hour of my time getting the trailer.
Nathan MI told the agent I would be traveling about 1500 miles and was told I had unlimited miles. When I returned the truck in Atlanta i was charged for over 500 miles. This ia unacceptable. I will think twice before renting from Uhaul in the future.
