While the pickup location was good I was disappointed when my reservation was moved 25 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was and in the communication there was no understanding that moving the pickup location from where I reserved the trailer would lead to an additional hour of my time getting the trailer.

I told the agent I would be traveling about 1500 miles and was told I had unlimited miles. When I returned the truck in Atlanta i was charged for over 500 miles. This ia unacceptable. I will think twice before renting from Uhaul in the future.

David GThe computer process on the pick up was wonky. The technician struggled to get information loaded and he had no way to scan/upload DL pics from there. Very frustrating. He was friendly and helpful as best he could with a confusing check out process.
