No one there, could not get help, was charged more... notable to show video, of truck damage and drivers door that would not close.. I'll post it on YouTube... very dangerous trip..
Just let people know that Mrs Ps is the BP gas station...Was tricky locating. But was very friendly and helpful!!
I didn't receive any paper work when picking up van. Gas tank had less gas them I was told at pick up. I was supossed to get a 20' van and was given a 26 foot, I believe I was charged for the 26' when was told I would receive it at no extra cost.
This was somehow done under my account info using my name, phone number or email address. I did NOT rent a uhaul recently. A couple weeks ago I received an email and a text message saying that I had placed an order to rent a uhaul. I called customer service And he canceled the uhaul that was placed on order. I don't know how this happened but please don't do it again. Thank you, Caryn Cox
She was very rude very unhelpful not friendly at all. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
They need to retrain customer service . The man who is extremely unwilling to help customers .

Horrible, horrible location chose it because it was close to my new home they didn't even open till noon which forced me to have to pay $20 extra to drop off after hours tried multiple times to call the owner to make sure that everything was ok never got an answer at 439 pm finally got my return contract only to see I had been charged an extra day, a cleaning fee (took the truck back cleaner that when I picked it up). Called the owner again to see why I had been charged extra when I had dropped the truck off less than 24 hrs after I picked it up. The most terrible experience I have ever had moving I will NEVER use UHAUL again and will NOT recommend others to use it, in fact I will discourage others from using UHAUL. I would have been better off and saved money to pay a moving company to move all my stuff!!!!!

Be more upfront about the charges, the $29.95 per day is very deceiving. Just have a list available with ALL the charges on it for customers to see.
I made contact with 4 different locations in order to rent a trailer or dolly to move a car. I started at 12:30 p.m. and did not get finished until 5:p.m.. Also made 3 different calls to u-haul and eventually was able to talk to someone who knew what they were doing and was able to rent the dolly over the telephone. It seems no one knew what to enter in the computer or the system is totally screwed up. One place told me my truck was not approved for a dolly but for an auto trailer. Another place told me the opposite. Don't know what the issues are but there are certainly some big problems. Ended up listening to the rental place cursing the central office scheduler.
I think it is a rip off to have to put a deposit on a U-Haul it is a rip off and
No because the owner of the store had a no so nice attitude, he acted as though he didn't want to ready help, he didn't go outside to inspect the vehicle for damage. he gave me the keys and paperwork and "said goodbye". No real personality at all.

1-800Uhaul needs to get its shit together. I set up a contract Thru the Phone put my credit card with it to hold it and got to the location to pick it up and they knew nothing of it! Then after me driving 400 miles they weren't going to rent it to me. Horible experiance! I will never do that again!

They charged a cleaning fee after I had swept out the Uhaul on my hands and knees. I left the Uhaul cleaner then how it looked when I picked it up. This was the 5th time using Uhaul and the first time I have ever been charged a fee. I will not be using UHAUL again
She was busy, but juggled all the things going on and got us out of there quickly. She responded immediately to any concerns and the return was seamless
The experience was terrible. I booked on line and was told I could pick up the truck Friday by 4 and return Sunday morning for the rate of one day. This was do to the facility does not open tell 10, after explaining this to the lady she gave me my deal. I tried to return the truck Saturday at 7 and she wanted to charge me an extra day, yet they wanted the truck back as it was promised to someone else the Next day. I would not allow them to double down on my rental. They where extremely rude from the time I picked up the truck tell it's return. I will be posting on social media and disputing the charges should I not be credited for the extra day. We have several trips that we need a truck for over the the next two months, I would like to continue the use of Uhaul but I expect this issue to be rectified ASAP to avoid us changing vendors and disputing the charges. The service at Ms. P was fantastic. The owners were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is with u-haul itself. I live in Kentucky it's a very muddy state so the floor of the cab was muddy. Not crazy mud like 2inch thick just a little dirty and they still hit me with a 25 dollar cleaning fee even though the rear of the truck was great and needed no cleaning even the owner commented on that. I just dislike they rent a truck in a muddy state during rain season and act as if mud on the floor is uncommen. What am I supposed to do bring a rag with me and fully detail the interior ???
I completed the express online registration and when I went to the pick up location, the staff person there was unaware of my reservation and I had to recomplete everything. It was not a pleasant experience and took too long to get the vehicle. Communication was a problem, too.
