Rented for pick up at above location 2 months in advance. Received a message same day I booked saying they could not do it for this location even though they have 2 months to get a truck there. Spoke to the manager in person at the location the same day and he assured me it was no problem he could over ride it and get me a truck to the Ayr location. Arrived on pick up day and no truck available. They tried to tell me I didn’t reserve for Ayr location. Then the truck was at another location 25 mins away and I would have to go rent there. Then I was told someone didn’t return the truck. Needless to say I did not get my reserved truck and had to wait for another day. When I called to get an update from the attendant at the rental location he hung up on me and when I called back no one answered. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

Frustrated that I rented the equipment from Charles street in Kitchener but had to go to Ayr to pick up equipment. This added an hour to my trip. Signage at location should be more detailed. Entered every business asking for u-haul and told next door down until final door in building. Suggest putting a sign over door to assist in finding the proper person to get the equipment from. Person on desk for rental was excellent and made it enjoyable to do business

Vukasin VTerrible service, didn't answer after i picked up the truck and needed help. Overcharged me unreasonably. I asked for a certain drop off location, he put the wrong location on the contract. Ended up having to pay extra. Spoke to a representative and he was incredibly rude. I have proof of everything and they still didnt help.
