Poor communication. Don’t move much or use Uhaul enough to understand that required return to same exact location so was just more than budgeted.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have had to move almost every summer for the past 7 years. Loria HI was charged for an extra day because nobody was able to help me drop the rental off. The location is very dirty and disgusting. I was told to come back when somebody was there that could help me. When I got a hold of customer service for u-haul, they said that there was nothing that they could do to help me. I am a frequent user of U-Haul and this is very disappointing.
