This location had nobody there to help us and there were zero instructions left in case no one was there for drop off. The location is in a back alley with other businesses surrounding it making it confusing where to drop off the truck.

Update site to show actual hours. We scheduled for an in person pickup on a Sunday and they aren't even open on Sundays. Took an hour and half and many phone calls to get our truck.
Pamela RThey quoted me a different price when I was charged it was double the cost we only drove 10 miles on the truck. So watch you quote when you go to pick it up. Other than that people were nice.
BRANDON LAlthough the truck was mostly clean and in good shape, the windshield was so dirty it was very difficult to see out of!
