Lauren FThe app was incredibly glitchy. Continuously got stuck in loops and made us an hour late due to the struggles with the app. At first it kept asking for a QR code to scan - which there was none at this location. It took an hour at pickup and over 30m at drop off causing us to have to cancel our plans. Not to mention when getting there - the truck was not where the app said and was instead at the far back of the property in the middle of a field because it was being used as an advertisement truck. Which I get but then it shouldn't have been available for checkout on a day the location was closed. There is no signage other than on the uhaul building. No clue where to park, where to go, etc. it was very confusing and frustrating trying to get through the app and then find everything and then having to repark the car in the grass instead of the lot. Overall, a frustrating experience and only giving 3 stars for the man who walked across the entire property to try and help us find the van and the nice older gentleman who was friendly. Additionally, on the site I had ordered a furniture dolly but I'm guessing that glitched too because it was not on the receipt. This caused having to arrange last minute assistance as I could not lift the furniture on my own with a medical condition and was relying on the ability to slide. Overall, I think I will be avoiding ever needing to do this in the near future but +2 for the nice people who helped us even tho they were closed.
