The personnel accepted the equipment but would not state it was accepted into u-haul system because it was damaged. Personnel acknowledged that u-system stated the equipment was damaged when I picked it up, but would not accept into system after multiple follow up calls. It was upsetting. Two calls to U-Haul customer service were very helpful and re-assuring. I delayed in this response until i was confident I was not being charged for anything additional.
