Gear shifter stuck whne putting it in gear. Equipment I rented was not in truck when I picked it up. I tried contacting the dealer and didnt get a response until about 45 minutes after I left the pick up site.

The truck box was very dusty. The truck suspension is horrible and the steering is very loose. I've used U-Haul for 45+ years and always had a good experience. The Cooley drive pick up location is great. This truck rode and handled terribly. Roughest ride I've ever experienced.
