The drop location didnt consider the issue I brought up about mileage discrepancy. Basically told me to take it up with corp. I mentioned the pad shortage...and got the response that wasnt on his end, so he was not going to credit that. The whole UHAUL experience is sketchy where any mistakes on the front end will NOT be corrected on the back end, because of the disconnect. Fortunately, I didn't have any major issues other than the mileage miss and pad shortage, but I could readily see how any major problem would end up being a time suck and likely a major inconvenience due to the disconnects. I still don't know who I should contact to discuss the issues mentioned.
Alan TI called U-Haul for an extension, they put in the drop off time as 4am. I returned the truck before 4 pm and got charged for an extra day
