KIMBERLY LOn the check out portion of the rental. on the part where you have to put your bank experation in, it doesn't work unless you write it out. Example normally I would write 09/29, like on every transaction I've ever done. But your U-Hall app to return, reject it unless I wrote it out 09/2029. That I didn't catch until I tried to restart several times and this was the only thing I didn't do, then it worked. I only reason I took the time was because I was waiting for my ride to pick me up. Kind of had nothing else to do ( the place was closed).
