Pat MThis was a very bad customer service experience. It took me almost 25 - 30 min to get my truck. The app failed for about 5 min, to get the keys took me other 20 min just waiting for the lady to give me the key. She was busy with other customer but she did not say nothing after all. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I lost almost 45 min of my moving time. I tried to request to return the truck later on the day and the app said no, you can not return after 4:30 pm... I was in a rush to do my move and return on time. Everything started badly from the beginning. You should train your staff about customer service, this was a not good experience.
