The pickup location was different from the location I originally booked. This caused me to waste time because I had to drive an additional 30 miles to get to another location. The second location looked almost abandoned. The place was dirty, and the trailer was also very dirty. On top of that, the trailer did not come with the electrical connector needed to hook it up to my truck, so I had to buy one for $20, which I found ridiculous. As if that wasn’t enough, I also had to withdraw cash because they only accepted cash payments. The drop-off experience was completely different. Everything went smoothly, and the staff there were very kind and helpful. The drop-off was great, but the pickup experience was terrible.

Excellent Customer Service. Very friendly staff very easy to deal with helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this U-Haul facility and I will definitely be using them again. Everything was so smooth dealing with them.
Monica MTires were not filled correctly. Inside of trailer full of ants. Needed a sweep and spray.
