When I brought the truck back, the two fellows behind the counter were as lazy as they could be. The ticket was not as it had been the day before. The older guy said he didn't know how to fix it, then he proceeded to tell the younger guy what to do. That didn't mean the problem was fixed. Neither of them considered actually calling someone to find out what to do. Nothing they did invited confidence. Then, after they. told me where to park my car, a while later I get a call: the U-Haul guy had reported my car, supposedly parked where it shouldn't have been, to be towed! I mean, these guys were seriously not paying attention. The truck was great. If only the guys behind the counter had been as well tuned, I would much rather leave an excellent review.
