The two gentlemen that helped with my pickup were great and friendly. The one was so very helpful he found my blown fuse to my towing light and replaced it for me. Could not have been a better experience and stress free!!! Thank you!

TRACEY KThe location was great. Traves was very helpful. But the entire process was very frustrating. Poorly planned. Did not have the equipment at the location it was rented at. Had to drive hours to get truck and trailer at different locations. I was told the trailer was 15 minutes from us... it was 45. The price was not correct. No one was there when I went to pick truck up. Had to go back 2 times. Didn't have the equipment for moving that I rented. (Noke of the was the locations fault, all a problem with Uhaul corporate)
