The location was great. Traves was very helpful. But the entire process was very frustrating. Poorly planned. Did not have the equipment at the location it was rented at. Had to drive hours to get truck and trailer at different locations. I was told the trailer was 15 minutes from us... it was 45. The price was not correct. No one was there when I went to pick truck up. Had to go back 2 times. Didn't have the equipment for moving that I rented. (Noke of the was the locations fault, all a problem with Uhaul corporate)

RICHARD TThe owner of this location is very rude. I rented the U-Haul paid up front and then contacted U-Haul to extend for a day. U-Haul did extend my rental and I paid for the additional day. I received a phone call from the owner of the location that I rented from the next day threatening me, I was going to be charged a mis-rental fee and I would be banned for life from U-Haul. Very rude and unprofessional and would not recommend max’s 641 in Murray Kentucky. Fortunately I was able to contact U-Haul customer service and spoke with some very nice professional people and unfortunately spoke to a lady that was very rude, nasty and hung up on me. At the end the nice professional people at U-Haul handled the issue and were very helpful. Lesson learned about Max’s 641 in Murray.
