The parking lot is full of potholes, and I mean huge ones, not small cracks. It's hard to get to where the trucks are parked, and they can damage your car. I reserved a 20-foot truck, but while I was backing it up, it kept cutting off. I had to switch to a smaller truck instead. When I called customer service, they weren't much help. They told me I'd have to reserve and pay for a new truck, then wait for a refund on the original one from this location. Since I needed a truck that day, I ended up taking another one from the same location they offered. Please fill the potholes and check the trucks before renting them out. A truck that stalls shouldn't be handed to a customer.
