The app is ridiculous the hoops you have to jump through to rend a truck. I submitted my ID 4 times and had to stay at the location 40 minutes oast my rental time because I couldn’t be authorized and your chat representatives had no desire to move quickly . When attempting to leave photos of the truck wouldn’t upload to the point I just drove without the photos being submitted as the app continued to give an error. Inside the truck was a case for Jbl headphones and a tissue which tells me nothing was cleaned in this truck either. At a uhaul location it was a great and easy experience through the app it was a frustrating and slow experience. This review is on uhaul not all seasons hardware
