Fix your computer system, so human errors can be corrected. The fleet person charged me excessive miles, charged my account at time of reservation, charged me full insurance, rather than the modified insurance (to move 4 miles). My return was was scheduled for a drop off in another location than pick up. Was scheduled for 24 his, not the 48 hours requested. Got that cleared up. Got the uhaul home, inlay time find the front passenger side tire half flat. Checking out, even though prepaid, still charged an additional amount to close out the ticket, until someone could process my credit since it was returned a day early, and a few other minor incidents. Have always used uhaul in the past, but will not make reservations over the phone again, and will do it in person. Still haven't gotten the receipt just confirmations and charges to my account, nothing itemized.

Seats and handles we're not cleaned, as multiple cleaning wipes were brown after wiping surfaces. How can you justify that your company is ensuring folks are safe from COVID-19?! No employees wore masks! And how was the checkout process "contact-less" when I still had to walk into the store for the key to be handed to me without gloves or sanitizer?

The guy working was not even trying to help me get going. I had to log on after sitting there for 15 minutes while he just visited with us and complete the transaction online so we could get going, he said he didn't know how to do it and had to wait until he could get a hold of another worker. I then received a phone call q couple hours later asking if I still wanted the Uhaul i already had.

The front of the truck was COMPLETELY covered in bugs and the sides were so dirty that I really couldn't inspect the condition of the body. Inside the cab the windows looked like a dog's nose or something wet had been smeared on them. Something had been spilled on the passenger door, side of the passenger seat, and floor area that I had to clean so my wife wouldn't vomit. Pretty gross.

The truck was filthy inside and in the back. Not knowing until we got to storage. We had to go sweep it out before we could start moving it was so dirty. I rented a dolly and after getting to storage realized it wasn't in the back. Had to wait and hour and a half for them to open just to go get a dolly. Worst u haul experience I've ever had.

Nice people, easy pickup. Only issue is a discrepancy with a stated discount for dropping off the trailer at a different location (more convenient to UHaul) but not getting the credit for the change. Otherwise an excellent experience!

On your website when preordering the truck,it wouldn't let me not select the insurance

Our pickup appointment time was 1:00pm. However, the lady that was supposed to be present to assist us during check-out was not there. We waited until 1:20pm, when the (I assume) owner of the business took matter into their own hands and got me checked out by 1:30pm. The truck's driver's side door would not fully shut, causing a continual draft and additional road noise during the drive.

Paid for two dozen pads that were not in the truck at time of pick up.The location where the truck was picked up at didn't open until 10:30 and I picked the truck up at 9:00. Upon return the employee in the office didn't understand how the process works as far as putting equipment and pads in the truck when the reservations are made. When I returned the truck, are field manager Brian Olsen was at this location and corrected my bill without any issues. Would use them again.

My order was not complete when I picked it up. I had to go back and get the rest of the items on my order. Tell what good it is to pick up at 8 am if I had to go back at 1030.

The trailers need to be cleaned. It was covered with road grime. The gentleman running the place was very customer friendly.

We ordered furniture pads which were not in the truck. I let uhaul know, but my charge was not refunded. The 24/7 pickup is time consuming! Prepare for pickup to take an hour. When checkin asks for another number, be sure it's someone who will answer the phone- like a spouse. This is how they verify you to take the truck. I feel like this whole system could be done better. But the truck did the job and price was good.

Things ordered were not in truck. Truck was picked up 2 hours late because could not get your online service with my phone. Had to use my daughter's. Very inconvenient! Double charged me originally. Truck drove like shit. Will never use uhaul again.

It was raining and the windshield wipers didn't clear the window. The gas was not all the way full, however we filled it all the way when we took it back, and it full of leaves and other debris when we got it but made sure to clean it really well prior to returning.

This was my second rental in a month using the U-Haul site for early pick up. Both reservations were to include blankets and a dolly, neither was in the truck for either rental when I arrived. I had to interrupt my move/loading to return to the store after opening to get.

Was told when inquiring about scheduling and pick up that I would receive assistance putting my car on the tow dolly. When I arrived to pick the equipment up the gentlemen left to mind the store (the man who told me he would assist with putting car on the dolly was out of town) could not help and was not exactly sure about hooking dolly to my vehicle. I was instructed to go to another location about 5 miles away where they assisted with loading and hooked the dolly up correctly.

they charged me for two days of use when i only used it for one day and also i was charged for 84 miles when i only used it for 24 miles. So i am very disappointed with the charges.
