the "gentleman" that was at the front desk was beyond rude and had an attitude. I had reserved and paid for a truck the night before and was trying to pick up the truck from the app but the app was frozen and wouldn't work so I went into the office. He got extremely snarky. asked very snappily "what app"? I showed him and explained we reserved a truck and was trying to pick one up like we had in the past. In the past we did not have to go in and see anyone, we did it all through the app, and got in the truck and drove off. He was very sarcastic and said "you have a "reservation" not a truck. you have to come to me to get the truck. just because you did some stuff online doesnt mean you get anything" I was getting upset at that point and told him how he was acting wasn't necessary. The truck itself, the driver door lock did not work. Also, since the temperature had dropped recently i am guessing, the tires were low on pressure. One tire was visibly low. But I only had a 40 mile round trip but it was very noticeable on handling while driving. Will go out of my way from now on to go to another location and rent from somewhere else due to his attitude alone, as it was clearly not necessary or appreciated.
MATHEW WAttendant was extremely rude, vehicle wiper blades were shot, cabin of truck was dirty, wind shield glass on inside was filthy. Attendant complained he was the only one there.
