The representative at this location is dishonest and unprofessional. Insurance was added to my contract without my consent, and when I brought it up, the representative became defensive and rude. This is a clear example of unethical business practices. I would not recommend this location to others.

The associate does not have a personality.. He acts like you owe him something. I will not rent from this location again. Another customer was there at the same time as me. He told her she would just have to wait, he was too busy to assist her.
LESLIE BCharlie and Carmelita(?) were great on the drop off end. They did a thorough walk through with me on the truck. They were both friendly and professional. The location was very clean and well maintained and they knew what they were doing!
Budd WWay over charged for a can. The gentleman at the storage facility was absolutely the rudest and didn't want to help me because I chose the mobile check in option. Sad experience.
