The equipment had two very bad hibs to the point of the trailer swaying severely anytime I tried to get over 40 mph. I could shake the tire 2" back and forth on both sides. It too me 2 days to make a trip that typically takes 7 or 8 hours as I had to take backroads as I couldn't drive anywhere close to highway speeds. I honestly did not think I would make it without the wheels falling off. This was very unprofessional on the part of uhaul employees. When I dropped the trailer off in Manassas, Virginia the employee said he had never seen a trailer in such a horrible condition mechanically. There are other companies I will use in the future when I need equipment again. I could never recommend this location of uhaul to anyone. I would definitely tell everyone I know about my experiences. The employee also tested the lights and told me everything was working. I tested them my self at my location in Myrtle Beach. The left turn signal and brake light wasn't working. Eve though It was a blown fuse in my car under the hood, that employee should have told me so I would know the check, not just pass me off with just one light working. Very unprofessional on his part.

Employee was sick when we picked up truck. Actively wiping snot from his nose and touching our drivers license. My son is immunocompromised and it was not something we wanted to experience.
CASEY CI was charged the safe move insurance even though I declined all insurances when I made the reservation and in person upon pick up. How do I receive a refund?

JAMES YPick up went well, but staff member (male) was unhelpful and seemed he didn't want to be bothered ate drop off. Also I was charged $15 for insurance after I checked not to have it. When I questioned the employee he said I had to have it. I told him I never used it before and he said I didn't know what I was talking about u haul always made you have insurance and it was manitory. I again told him I thought he was mistaken and he told me I was wrong and had to pay it
