They should lose their franchise. Poor service and not friendly. They opened at 9:30 and he would not help me until 10:00. The center was empty.

Staffer was rude, charge me for fees for certain coverages that I didn’t select when reserving online.Vehicle was also not at fuel level as he stated and I was charged an extra gasoline fee. When I tried disputing the charges he told me to call Uhaual and hung up on me.

CHRISTINA JI had the worst experience with this location. Showed up an hour before closing and no one was there. Then they charged me more than double what I was quoted. Called and asked for explanation and no one has replied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! They rip people off!
