Only issue was passenger side mirror was broken by previous user so I had to duct tape it in place to see that side. Other than that it was great.

Great customer service
SHARON GI forgot to say that the truck windshield wiper on the driver side came off with slight use. I put it back on but I think it needs to be looked at. Also the Check Engine light is on, but the lady at the first rental place said it should be okay. I think a customer should be told that the light is on, and it is okay, before driving away.

WILLIAM BI hate the app. If customers don't want to use the app, they should have a choice of using the app or going to the counter. On multiple occasions I have had to take the photos 2 or 3 times before they will upload, which usually involves moving the truck out of the parking space. I have also had issues with not being able to get the lockboxes open and have to call customer service. One night it took 90 minutes to check out a truck because nothing was working.
