When I drove the UHaul away the gas odometer was slightly under the halfway line it was not touching it. I returned it back that way and they still charged me $18 of gas. That amount would have put it over the halfway mark. Customer needs to not drive off in U-Haul like I did and show them the gas odometer.

This location is easy to get to and drive out of with those 15 ft trucks as well as drive back into the lot. Customer service was excellent and fair.
Sherry WThey charged me a fee for early drop off stating I brought it in at 8:59 am when in fact it was around 9:20 am. Then charged me a clean fee after we gave it to them clean with folded blankets! I cleaned the windows at a truck stop because the truck was so nasty when I picked it up you could hardly see through the layer of yuck. So no I would absolutely NOT recommend Drakes.
