The drop off location was ok, and the staff member I dealt with was great. See my comments associated with pick up of the truck above for complaint about U-Hual practices not related to the individual dealers.

Terrible experience. There was a language barrier with employee and he told us he did not know how to load a vehicle onto the trailer. He proceeded to go back inside instead of help. Trailer was filthy - so many rocks and caked on dirt. We could barely use the loading docks as they were jammed shut with gravel. Similarly, the ratchet straps wouldn’t move as the mud had cemented them in place.

Sterling TTruck was dirty in the cab with garbage all over. It was parked in a very muddy place. Airbag light was on.
