The vehicles I rented were dirty, he stopped helping me when other customers came in and he’s very very slow. He was hard to understand as well! Also I was overcharged for km.

rachel kVery disappointed. I requested to pick up the U-Haul in Lethbridge weeks in advance, only to find out one day before pick up I had to get the unit in Nanton. I did not receive the dolly I rented, but I was charged for the rental. I also was not compensated for the extra time and mileage required to adjust the pick-up location. Further, I could not communicate with the representative in Nanton due to an extreme language barrier.
