This was the first rental we had which was okay and had zero issues. The second rental I had reserved for 5pm pick up, when I arrived at 4:56pm there were a few comments like, “just at the nick of time” and “with only a few minutes to spare”. I questioned when they closed because 5pm was an option for a reservation time on the website and they said they close at 5pm but later I asked if they were open on weekends and I was told yup we are open 8-8 on weekends and 7-8 on weekdays.. after being there for ten minutes I was told that my vehicle can’t tow this tiny trailer which I had reserved and towed successfully the weekend prior. My hitch rating is well within the requirement and he told me I can’t tow it. I called U-Haul and they were as surprised as I was. Would not recommend this place for U-Haul rentals, drive the extra distance to another.
Ashley EIt was a typical gas station. The clerk was friendly and told me all I had to do is drop off the key.
Daniel BDoor was locked even though hours say open. When I did get in shrugged me off saying system was down. I would not recommend this organization or U-Haul as a whole from this experience.
Mel Dthe cab was dirty, and the back too still got garbage, and the mirror on the passenger side was loose. Was moving all the time I cannot see anything on the passenger side if I hit someone WHO FALL IT WILL BE THEY DONT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT RIGTH AFTER YOU BRING THE TUCK BACK LATER IN THE EVENING YOU RECEIVE IT BY EMAIL AND I CHECK MY BILLS FROM M/C. I LEASE A U-HAUL 3 DAYS IN THE ROW AND MY M/C WAS CHARGE MORE THE 2 FIRSRT DAYS THE LAST ONE WAS FINE I STOP TO THE GAS PLUS TO CHECK WITH THE GUY AND HE TOLD ME HE GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT I will never lease a U-Haul there anymore NEVER NEVER NEVER
