Uhaul had guaranteed the pickup a the trailer i reserved. The day of pickup they notified me they were changing the pickup location because they did not have the trailer. I then had to get switched to a different sized trailer than the one I booked and return it to the location I picked up rather than the previously booked drop off location. I was charged an extra day in order to return it to this location.
Randy BThe person who filled the contract out did not know how to do it properly, I had to show him He also did not hook the trailer up to our vehicle the correct way , resulting in the trailer hitch coming off on the hyway damaging the bumper of our car I reattached it the correct way and carried on as we were on a time limit and did not have time to go back Needless to say I am not impressed

Derek CLocation was good and the employee was helpful. After picking up the trailer I realized the brakes would not connect to my brand new truck. Made the trip and seemed to work fine with the truck brakes only.
