It’s just a gas station in the middle of nowhere, so there isn’t much to comment on regarding the location itself. The real problem was with the drop-off process. Initially, we had agreed that I would return the trailer to another location. However, when I arrived, the person there told me they no longer work with U-Haul. How could U-Haul not be aware of this? There was another U-Haul location nearby, but no one was present. I called U-Haul to ask whether I should leave the trailer there. I was on the phone for a long time and was transferred three times. The third representative was about to transfer me yet again, which I found unacceptable. In the end, I had to drive to this Nanton location, which was much farther than I had planned. Overall, this was not a great experience.

The drop off location was ok, and the staff member I dealt with was great. See my comments associated with pick up of the truck above for complaint about U-Hual practices not related to the individual dealers.
Larry BTerrible experience. There was a language barrier with employee and he told us he did not know how to load a vehicle onto the trailer. He proceeded to go back inside instead of help. Trailer was filthy - so many rocks and caked on dirt. We could barely use the loading docks as they were jammed shut with gravel. Similarly, the ratchet straps wouldn’t move as the mud had cemented them in place.

Sterling TTruck was dirty in the cab with garbage all over. It was parked in a very muddy place. Airbag light was on.
