Like most places these days, your guys want the customers to do their work for them. I drove in to the location, and was stopped and told where to back the trailer into..I never even made it to the drop off location. They want the customer to put the equipment away. Like most companies are having you check yourself in and out. Your company wants the customer to do more and more work for them, so you don’t have to.

Don't like Dodge van as much as Ford or Chevy. However your rep did ask me if if the dodge was ok beforehand and I said sure. But I think I like the other vans better. Other than that all good. Thanks

The representative who helped with my rental was excellent, I was in and out in less than 10 mins. She was very helpful and thorough when hooking up the trailer. What uhaul can do to improve for the next customer is the reservation process. When calling the local branch I get routed to corporate customer service. I would rather speak to the local branch because I usually spend about 5 mins talking to a corporate representative only to find out the branch I was planning to go to doesn’t have the item I need. This is very frustrating. Also frustrating is having to answer 20 questions when just trying to rent a trailer online, I don’t need a dolly or blankets or a mover just a trailer.

I was never informed that there was a specific time my vehicle needed to be returned by. As such I was charged a late fee - because nobody thought it was important to inform me. As such i was penalized. Also penalized for extra miles? I never came close to exceeding the mileage - but the guy at the drop of Point got his math wrong and refused to listen to me when I asked him to recheck his math. Criminal!

My truck had a leak in the rear storage / main section .. And there was water inside in the main floor ... Our cardboard boxes and mattress got wet. Ugh. No good Later, I noticed the memo in my contract, handwritten , which said all that , about the leak ... Hmmm... He had me sign( initial ) the OPPOSITE side... But never showed me the notes about the leak ... The odd thing is, I really really liked the people at the desk, all 3 times I came in ( for supplies) and then to get And Return the truck.. But they shouldn't have trucks with leaks( corner seal? Broken)? Anyway Overall -- was okay experience ... But all in all, a bit expensive almost $220 w gas, for 10 hours And ... They would not refund the unused ( still wrapped ) pads Anyway.. I'm just sayin...

E have rented several times in the past and we never had a problem. The truck we rented yesterday was in very poor condition and frankly was a danger to our personnel. Once the truck was on the highway and going at the recommended speed limit the truck started shaking and was extremely out of alignment. Unfortunately the driver had to go at a much slower speed. He could not turn around as we had a deadline to meet. I believe that we should get some sort of compensation for this or credit for our next ruck rental with U-Haul. Thank you, Lisa Rinaldi

The truck had the check engine on. I returned the truck in under two hours. When I went back and we discussed getting a new truck. I voiced my displeasure that they would rent a truck with a potential safety issue. One clerk insisted the light wasn't on. The second clerk insisted it was a tire pressure gauge, implying I am too stupid to know the difference. The first clerk then acknowledged it was the check engine light. I decided if that is how they treated me when I had a problem how would I be treated when I returned the truck. Clearly they looked closer when they took the truck back better than when they rent them out. Check your truck closely before you rent.

since you charge a substantial sum for gas if the vehicle is not returned with the same amount of fuel as first rented, you should credit back for additional fuel given when returned.
