Van was pretty dirty inside including the steering wheel it was sticky

ROBERT DAndolutely WILL NOT RECCOMEND. The bed of the truck smelled like something died in it. Stench clung to my personal belongings. The truck started making a loud pop noise & smoke was coming out. Turns out the a/c compressor went out. We were left stranded for FOUR HOURS waiting on a tow truck on my moving day! I missed an important deadline brecause of it. Lady at napa gas was dismissive and rude. She told me to “just call roadside assistance” and rushed me off the phone. So i call them, the girl who answered was like a robot. God forbid I call you for help aka your job! Don’t let me interrupt your day! She promised I’d hear from a manager! Nothing. No response. No follow-up. Sending a dirty broken truck. AND THEY OVERCHARGED ME!!!!! An extra 200$!!! Horrible horrible experience.
