The lady that helped me was amazing! Very helpful and efficient. She even offered to park the truck for me when I returned it… that was much appreciated since it’s kind of a tight fit for someone not used to navigating in a big truck! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she is older (like me… I’m 63) and just such a kind person. Hire more older adults! We have the experience in customer service, and the stability that you just don’t get with younger generations. It’s important to both your business AND to us “almost” seniors.
