My truck was not available at the agreed upon time. I had to wait an hour for them to get a truck from another location. The truck I received only had 1/4 tank of gas so we had to stop for gas. Then we were charged extra because we went over the "contacted" mileage even though we only drove the truck to the gas station, the destination, and the drop off location.

the parking lot and equipment space is small and tight. also the uhaul counter business area is also too small and tight

No employees were there when we arrived. Mind you we already had to drive an hour and 10 minutes to get to this location, which already threw a giant wrench into our moving plans. We had also called ahead of time to let them know what time we would be arriving. We waited 15-20 minutes, tried calling the number several times, and finally someone showed up and was unapologetic, and even let the door slam in my face as we followed him into the building, which was just the cherry on top of our unexpected excursion. The truck itself was fine, and overall the poor rating is more from having to drive so far to get the truck to begin with.

Trailer plug was wired incorrectly so my trailer lights did now work. The truck had cigarette burs and smelled like cigarette smoke.

The only reason I rated average and not better than that is because the Uhaul rental has only a tiny corner of a gas station to operate out of and it's very cramped in there. Also, there is only one person manning the Uhaul desk so if the phone rings you have to wait while they answer it and deal with the caller.

So I go, expecting a ghetto place just because the last uhual I went to was, and this area was kinda ghetto. But the gentleman who assisted us was super friendly, honest and professional. The van wasn't super clean when I got it. There was a used tissue in it. Plus they forgot to mark for me how much gas to refill. So overall 3 out of 5 stars.

Uhaul representative was not on site. Note was left to call a local number. And when we called an unprofessional and rude woman asked us to drop off the keys on the counter. The counter was a mess and a half of other keys were left by we are assuming other customers? We left the keys asking for a return call confirming they received them, but now 24 hours later still no call has been received. Awful experience

The U-Haul attendant was not the friendliest. Not just to me but I observed the same behavior with customers ahead of me. I would also suggest he doesn't smoke inside the customer desk area and inside the trucks when he is moving them, as I noticed.

This is an extremely busy service station. The desiganated return area had vehicles parked there which is probably the norm for this place since parking is very limited. This just makes returning a trailer difficult. In fairness to this business it was rush hour so perhaps it's not so bad the rest of the time.

When a customer is standing in front of the staff, and a phone call comes in, the phone call should not receive priority. This is a basic rule of good customer service. Staff should give all of their attention to the person that is standing in front of them.
