Excellent customer service with Lori, fast & professional
JENNIFER RService person was about 15 minutes late to open this location on day of pickup. I was there right at 9am. While efficient, he wasn't terribly friendly. I was given a truck with a quarter tank of gas which was a huge inconvenience because not only did I have to fill the rest of the tank before leaving, but it cost me nearly $100 to do so because gas in Napa is higher. I could have at least gotten on the road and gotten to a city that had more reasonable gas prices had the truck been reasonably full. I'd like to mention that this particular office is AT an actual gas station and the attendant couldn't even take the time to get the tank to full for me. Which I think was crappy.
