Told me I was an hour late after not giving me a drop off time and said they had a reservation waiting. There was a truck in the lot waiting. Then refused to refund the mileage un used. The guy estimated 40 but only 30 was unused. Incredibly rude. I needed the truck to clear out my deceased dad’s stuff. And told them that at pick up.

There was no signage to say were to drop off the key , I was expecting a stand alone Box labeled UHAUL return Kiosk , I walked all the way around the building not finding any directions on what to do , I eventually went inside the store and had to ask were to drop the key for UHAUL , the counter clerk was who there said was to give the key to him

JOE NThe cab is so small only fit if you are a dwarf! A loading ramp for the back would have been nice to have. Other than that was great.
Mike MEliminate this location. They are unable to understand how to manage a reservation or work the computer. I had rented from them two times now and both times I had to get someone from UHaul on the phone to finalize my pick up. I tried to not rent from them the second time, but after I reserved a pick up at another location, you guys switched me back to them. They suck.
