Get your internet system to work properly. This is second rental I used this month and had issues both times due to lack of internet service from UHaul. This is not employee error because it was two different locations that had same issues.
SUE DEverything was excellent. I didn’t like getting the truck at 1/4 tank of gas. I feel if a renter brings back a car/ truck tank anything less than full they get charged for the gas/ fuel and service charge to do that, so the next renter has a fat full tank!
ALEJANDRO RWe had an appointment for eleven and it wasn’t back until 2 pm but I was given a bigger truck for the same price so that was good of them to make sure we were able to get moved
