As much as I would like to give some feedback as to how you might improve....... At this location, and this is the 2nd time I have "chosen" this over others within 2-3 miles, the service is impeccable. It was impeccable the first time, and the 2nd time was exactly the same. Not over the top - but as friendly, kind, joyful and sweet as can be. The woman behind the counter was as good of a "customer service" person as you could find. Honestly, a pleasure to deal wiith, from picking up to checking off the mileage and gas -The only comment I could answer you question with, and as a former owner of retail Liquor stores and restaurants, would be to : Hire the woman who rented the truck to me today to Train all other employees in How to Deal with a Customer - she was that good!
