I had a lot of difficulty picking up the vehicle. the on mobile app was not working. I would put my phone number in and it would take over 20 minutes to get my code which by then was expired. i stood out in the cold for an hour. Same problem on the return. Finally went to the website and used only email. mobile app was a total fail. location was not the problem.

This was the second time I rented from Mister Kwicks. I was so pleased the first time that I went out of my way for this rental because I would not use anyone else. Great people and service. The best!
Anthony LThe location and agent were terrific! The problem I had was my reservation was confirmed for Yorkvilee, IL and you had me drive over 20 miles too pick up my trailer.
ROBERT PThe process to get the truck rental using the iPhone was very complicated for me. The person in charge of the rental was uncooperative with me. He said that because I opted out to do myself using the iphone, he was not able to help me.
