The gentleman at Mister Kwik's was friendly and professional. He was kind and helpful hooking up the trailer I rented. He showedi me how to secure and drop the trailer off when I was finished with my delivery. You are lucky to have such a fantastic employee. He deserves a big raise.

Fix the app. Could not pickup the car the app did not work. Had to wait an hour to override for the person there to override the aop.
Romas PThat staff, at both ends were knowledgagle. The were not helfpul or friendly. If I hadn't asked the right questions, I'd have gotten no information at all. However, I am happy with the process overall. I would 100% recommend Uhaul over Penske. I will also be moving again in a few weeks, from a temp / extended stay facility, to a permanent apartment. I will be renting a local Uhaul vehicle for that.
thomas sThe only problem we ran into was the app wasn’t as seamless as the renting process. Wasn’t excepting the uploaded pictures of truck and wasted some time trying to get it to work. Ended up texting with the support team and they had to send me a link to the website. We got the truck though and drop off went smoothly with app excepting everything we uploaded.
