Customer service representative was wonderful. II took pictures but not live pictures. I called and the representative was wonderful.

Rented the van for one day but was charged for 2. Picked it up in the morning and dropped it off after hours on the same day. Van was ready for use as soon as I dropped it off. Uhaul app would not let me contest it, only choice was to pay more.

Hugh WI've received a terrible customer service in this location. I did the online check-in but was having trouble with it and wanted help, the person didn't want to help me and said that there was nothing he can do. I was able to call uhaul and figure it out. He was extremely rude the entire time I was there
Gabriela FTruck was dirty inside the box, like really dusty with a fine grit to it. This was a BIG truck so cleaning that out without proper tools to do it before I even put anything in it was a big let down. I have rented from u-haul a fair amount in the past 10 years and this marks about the worst experience I have had. Location staff was mostly un-helpful as I rented on line and they told me they could do nothing but tell me where the key pickup was.
