KIMBERLY TABSOLUTE worst experience with U-Haul ever had. Would not recommend this location for any U-Haul products or services. If they had a rating less than poor I would have chosen that option.
WILLIAM WFirst of all, the QR code you're supposed to scan with your phone goes to a website that doesn't work. Second, the stopped working right when I hit the pickup section. I had to text the number for assistance and call a number. The texting did not work at all. The call actually did. They contacted the manager of the property and got the information for me to get the vehicle. The vehicle was also located in the back of building c which you can't get to without a gate code to get in. From time of arrival to time of me, stepping in the truck was 45 minutes. If there was a real person there, this would have been done in 5 to 10 minutes. Your AI system and app does not work.
Christopher WYou can take away the franchise for the location at 24051 Production circle, Bonita Springs, fl. place is a dump, no one ever there. Sent text on a Sunday night 12 hrs before pickup saying not available. Happened with them before with friends twice. Make you look bad. Midgard was my savior
