Im not happy with the prices for mile $1.19 thats to much i rented a cargo van this afternoon for less than 2 hours and the amount was $73.00 which is too much for a regular use I hope you guys do better in this Thank you

I had a friend drop me off at the site to pick up my truck. I got there and the location of the pick up had been changed without my approval. The truck I had reserved was not there. I had no choice but to rent a larger truck as I needed it first thing in the morning. I felt like it was a bait and switched situation.
sally rWell you should make sure people get the truck they place a reservation for and not pull the nonsense we don’t have a truck and upsell the larger truck, I thought if you don’t have the truck we place a reservation for we would get a credit…typical bs from companies tho,
RAMON NA strong odor of pee was by the parked trucks. The system was very slow to process the rental transaction. I will use this location again because the hours of operation are very convenient than other locations. Staff was pleasant.
