Steering wheel was off five degrees, excessive tire vibration as being ‘out of round’ , wiper needs replacement
raymond KWe got their on time but they were closed because it was Saturday. The app couldn't find us even though we were at the UHaul box at the front door. Multiple calls to customer service before some would help me with a work around. After an hour of wasting time while my family were waiting to move me I got the key for the truck. Unfortunately the truck was partially boxed in by another truck (which I couldn't move because the store was closed). My grandkids had to move large boulders, pallets and my son-in-law was barely able to drive it free. If I knew that I wouldn't get my requested location and that this store would be closed I would have gone somewhere else.
