Truck cabin was clean but back had not been swept out, had christmas ornaments in it.. truck check engine light was on. And ramp broke when I used it and left me stranded, forcing me to toss my belongings when the storage unit closed. I was quoted one rate online but charged almost $100 more and now I see instead of $188, the charge has gone up to $207. This is predatory way of doing business when people need a truck and at the last minute and cannot change deadlines. Clearly this truck was not maintained and it cost me, and put me in a risky situation. I will NEVER be able to get my heirlooms back. You have not just cost me, youve robbed my children of a link to the past.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe weren’t able to pick the U-Haul up on Saturday because couldn’t get into the system.. I didn’t physically pick up the U-Haul. They allowed my brother to and I don’t think that good business.. Rented U-Haul with out no air conditioning in it. They said everything worked mechanically which was a lie. Charged me for a dolly and blankets when clearly didn’t ask for and I have pictures of this stuff it was already used and there was no tags on this stuff. Was also charged for a safe driver service which was no wanted. I believe that we should be reimbursed for the truck.. I think since the truck was mechanically working should only have to pay for mileage and the gas that was used but it was replace so mileage only.. was the wrost move ever.. no air conditioning it was super hot.. heat stroke could have happened and just wasn’t the best overall experience with the service.
Tanya MCheck engine light was on in the truck, gas tank left at 24 miles when we got in it, brakes werent very good and dolly was just thrown in. It was rolling around everywhere and we ended up stopping and secured it in its spot. Also the air conditioning only blew warm air. I would still recommend this location because of convenience and staff was very nice

Ahmad BAbsolutely terrible. Got charged for an extra 133 miles I didn’t drive. When called they said it was”didn’t get logged” the last time and would look into it. Over 2 weeks now and no refund. Plus the truck was only at a quarter tank when checking it out and the exterior lights were off from the last user. Back hinge rusty and hard to open/close. Worst experience.
