Check engine light was on in the truck, gas tank left at 24 miles when we got in it, brakes werent very good and dolly was just thrown in. It was rolling around everywhere and we ended up stopping and secured it in its spot. Also the air conditioning only blew warm air. I would still recommend this location because of convenience and staff was very nice

Ahmad BAbsolutely terrible. Got charged for an extra 133 miles I didn’t drive. When called they said it was”didn’t get logged” the last time and would look into it. Over 2 weeks now and no refund. Plus the truck was only at a quarter tank when checking it out and the exterior lights were off from the last user. Back hinge rusty and hard to open/close. Worst experience.
Monroe KNo complaints, the staff was friendly and polite. One thing, the gas gauge did not move when I was adding gas to the truck before returning it, so I had to guess how much to put back in.
MARK KOverall, it got the job done. Only issues were with lack of truck maintenance: tire with low air, the wiper blades need replaced, the door seal was not intact making it very noisy when driving, and the truck cab smelled like cigarette smoke. The inside of the moving area was clean and in good condition. Pricing was as stated - flat fee, plus mileage - charged after check in. Needed to refill any gas used.
