The truck was parked across the lot from the office. When I turned the truck in, it was near other offices, but across the lot from the Border Limousine office. It was not a big problem, but I could not find their Drop Box until I drove around to search for it. Not a big deal, but with no one around and the whole thing being done after hours, in the dark, a simple note that the office is right 50 yards across the lot would be helpful. Otherwise, it worked out great.

While the equipment/van was clean, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Please check into your records of who used the van before me...they left a horrible smell of smoke in the van that wasn't properly aired out.

Took like 20 minutes to simply get my key. Credit card got swiped 3 times. I have 2 charges pending neither for the correct amount. I was assured this will work itself out! Still waiting to see.

Initially reserved a Uhaul for the Lowell, Ma location days prior. The person who was supposed to call and confirm the day before or day of, never did. We arrived at the Lowell, Ma location and was re-directed to the Littleton, Ma location (after we waited in a very long line). Addition to the long line, customer service isn't great. Unfortunately, the Littleton, Ma location had no worker(s) or even anyone to assist us. We had to scramble around looking for another moving truck but decided to stick to Uhaul and gave it another try. Booked the Lowell, Ma Uhaul for a later time. Again was re-directed to the Littleton, MA location. Finally a representative listened to me and directed us to Bud way, NH. This location was totally out of our way but that point we had to no choice. The extra 30 mile given free of charge should have been additional 50 miles after all the frustration. I work in the financial sector, I strongly believe that if your business continues to operate poorly it will eventually fail especially in Massachusetts! I have a much bigger appreication now for the Rhode Island Staffs. Between Massachusetts and New Hampishire the customer services were poor, booking/planning very poor, & very poor ratings all websites. We live in a customer service oriented world. When a customer is happy, your business will continue to succeed with no expiration.

After all the issues I had with the 1st location of 296 Derry Rd, Hudson, NH at D's Auto; this was much better. The 24/7 program only works if the place has wifi that isn't pasword protected. I spent almost an hour trying to rearrange my day due to the issues with uhaul. Border limo was great, no problems but I won't use Uhaul ever again.

The outgoing mileage on the vehicle was 006623. the paperwork and charges to me show a mileage of 006600. I was charged for 23 miles that I did not make. I want my billing revised to change the mileage and costs.
