I'm a little frustrated with this rental. I left no garbage on the inside of the truck and was not dirty. I swept the back of the truck and was cleaner than when I received. I have never been charged a cleaning fee. But this place did. I gave them a shot instead of my usual place. Might just have to go back to my usual place. I use uhauls often and 15 bucks each time would add up.

Over all a terrible experience. Truck had a hole in the gas tank, had to wait over 2 hours for repair. Customer service was rude.

Dorcas MI didn't need the insurance, but was billed for it anyways.
James BThe drop off was really quick as well. Also convenient being a convenient store, and is a a prime location for a person using a uhaul, corner of the intersection, along with a gas station and Starbucks across the street. Worked out great 👍, and the check out process went really fast and smooth.
