I don’t remember the lady’s name thatI talked to but she told me that that location opened up at 8 am on Saturday February 14. It’s a good thing that I decided to sign in for pickup online.Thats how I found out they open up at 9am instead. I was trying to get the U-Haul at 8 bc that’s what time I had for reservations. It was miscommunication on her part because she should have been honest about their opening time just like she was about they don’t have a lock box for me to get the key if I came before opening. I would have been even more annoyed if I had decided to wait until I got there to fill out they required just to out I had to wait until 9. That is the time they open not 8. Other than that delay on getting started with the move things were ok.
