Picked the location with 24/7 drop off, biggest issue it has a LOCKED GATE with the I-pad to get in. Never received the code to get in, had to call U-Haul numerous times for them to find a code for gate. Finally got code and was an easy drop off after that. No one was at the location at time of drop so can't answer that question. As long as you are given code, may be a location I recommend, but you need the Code. ## Have to answer those questions== won't complete otherwise. ##
