The one improvement area would be to make it clear you can’t pick up or return from the area where the truck is parked. You need to be at the building for the GPS to know you’re at the correct location. This resulted in pick up and drop off taking longer than it should have. Otherwise great!

It was strange that for not using furniture pads and returning the uhaul and day early, that there was no refund for either. Other than that, the rental was fine.
Britanie WI made a reservation to pickup a truck and an auto trailer on the same day. That did not happen. I picked up a truck at this location which wasn’t bad but U-haul done lost their mind if they are asking for reviews on my experience… it was terrible
