The prior customer transported fish with the uhaul. I was the renter in the am afterward and all my stuff smell fish. I'm a lawyer and it was communicated that I was transporting my offie belongings. I'm really disappointed with the stress of not having a uhaul last minute, plus the stench of my properties. There is a need for accountibility. I do not throw the blame on Neguac rental center, but gaving no other choice then taking a smelling uhaul in pver 40 degree celcius last minute was not something I expected from uhaul. Sincerely,

STEPHEN FThe Lazar Breau drop-off was very good and the service was as expected. My biggest problem is with Uhaul. I was given a drop of location that was no longer in business. The gates were closed and the contact number was it of service. I then called Uhaul, and it was quite a chore for them to find me another location do get the trailer dropped off at. I had to speak to two different agents and spend over 30 minutes on the phone.
