I was charged a late fee, but my contract said to return it on 6/18/25 when I picked up on Arkansas, but when I returned it I was sent a contract specifying by 6:45 p.m. I don't think I should be charged a late fee when a specific time was not stated upon pickup and I did not receive the equipment needed to move so I had to go elsewhere to locate the dolly I was not provided initially.
Malachi GMissing hook on the tie-down chain, secured by bungee. Also, I wasn't shown how to unhook trailer hitch. However, the car dolly worked flawlessly!
