Guys at the pickup location were super friendly and courteous
Maggie wThe only problem we had was that we ordered a hand truck and when we arrived to pick up van we were told there was no hand truck available. We were moving and this was a problem. We had to make a trip to Home Depot to rent one for $50, much more than what we were quoted.
