I was very disappointed when my card was charged for another day after I already was charged for Xmas day when I didn’t need it for that but had to pick up the trailer on Tuesday because I needed it for Thursday morning at 5 am 12/26 . I picked the trailer up Tuesday after 12 and was told that I would be charged if I got it back by 3 pm on Thursday 12/26 . I returned the trailer by 2:15 pm and for hour and a half I was charged for a full day! On Tuesday they were so busy that the trailer wasn’t hooked up to my truck till 12:35 so I think this is a bad way to do business .

No one answers the phone. The one time over a three day period that I was able to get someone on the phone, they disconnected me. No one explained anything about the truck to me. The only positive was the location.

Both Mgr. Michelle & Asst. Mgr. Paul strive to accommodate the needs of the heavy clientele at this particular location. And young José who intoduces customers to trucks is very patient and thorough. They all aim to please their customers. Perhaps add more staff soasto ease the pressure on the above-named individuals. Wish them Merry Christmas, too!

I would love the opportunity to talk with someone, and share a screen shot from my.bisit yesterday 12/7. . The service from the start was horrible. The 24/7 didnt not work well and the direction where the truck was, did not even Complete a descriptive sentence. The keys were not outside the were actually inside where we needed to get help. The one person that was great was Paul the GM he was very helpful. So the key that was to be outside for the 24/7 pick up was not outside, we ended up working with Paul and being on our way. At drop off my husband and I were greated by one of the rudest most unprofessional individuals. We pulled in he walked up to the truck hopped in and the only thing he said was "any problems" then hopped out of the truck and walked away .. we assumed we should follow him inside and did so right behind him ( the guys name Is Michael) he opened the door and walked in letting the door close in my face, I turned to my husband in said I can't believe he just let the door Close in my face not even holding it. He continued to proceed to walk to the front desk area again Started to do something on the computer and looked at me and said to "did you say something" and I said " yes, you let the door close my face" not acknowledging me or what I just said, he walked over grabbed the receipt out of the printer, never going over the charges or say anything. He then threw it on the counter and continued to walk out of the building. I was completely caught off guard by the ignorance and and unprofessionalism of Michael as he walked right by both my husband towards the front door, I turned around and said to him are we done and he said "yup" and proceed to walk out the front door leaving us standing in the main lobby area with thh receipt that he threw on the counter. When we proceeded to go outside my husband stated to him that he was extremely ignorant and rude and unprofessional. During our time at drop off he never said hello, have a great day, here is your receipt with your charges, do you have any questions nothing, didn't review the charges nothing From the moment We had contact with Michael he was rude, never greeted us at the truck, he left us in the parking lot not saying would you like to join me inside, let the door close in my face, throw the receipt on the counter, never rewired charges And then proceeded to walk out of the building and leave us standing in the lobby completely blown away by the disrespect and and professionalism of your employee. I'm not sure how Uhaul is going to addressed this situation I do have a screenshot with the extremely poor write-up of where the truck was in the lot. The general manager Paul does have the screen shot as well and couldnt believe the directions either. It didn't even make a complete description of the truck location, I would love this to share the screenshot with someone so you can see it yourself. Make sure the furniture cloths are provided. We asked to double check, and was told yes, but no cloths. Customer service was excellent understood the frustration and removed the charge and gave discount.

I picked up the truck in New Bedford, used it for 3 Hours, and returned it to New Bedford. Apparently it had been booked as a “one Way”. So I had hugely overestimated the mileage I had expected to use....didn’t use it, but because it was booked as a one way, I had to pay for all the mileage I estimated! furious!

Terrible nonsense when you can make a reservation, have 3 people you are paying and a customer who spent good money on getting a job done and show up at 610am and be told.. Ohhh sorry your reservation isnt going to be ok because apparently this branch is not set up for this service... ? Then tell me I'm getting a $50 credit.. Is that getting everyone's time back?

Improve overall maintenance. The truck I was in was in desperate need based on the sounds it made while breaking and turning the wheel. I would also suggest a pre walk through. I've had enterprise rental agents spend more time with me than the staff at uhaul. I was handed a key and told the truck was out back.
