There was stinky drink spillage in the cup holders when we picked the truck up. Everything else seemed okay.

They were to busy to even explain the process to me.

The person helping accused my elderly parents of cutting the strap of the tow. When the the pick up location said themselves they shouldn’t have been taken this one because it could be dangerous but we had no choice. They literally said “how do we know you didn’t do it”. Excuse me what type of customer service is this. This is service I am a manager my self for for 15 years, I currently run a bank and this type of behavior is unacceptable and believe me when I tell you every single one of my customers buying homes I will ensure they do not use U-Haul.

The trucks clean and they made the rental really easy. I'd rent from here again.

Better customer service, accuracy and efficiency . My experience at this location was the WORSE I've ever had with U-haul and I will NOT be a returning customer.

I reserved a 5x8 enclosed trailer and received a confirmation #. When I arrived I was advised that all that they had was a open trailer or a truck. Since I couldn't change my plans, I was forced to spend $80 on a box truck instead of $20 for an enclosed trailer. Lousy experience

The manager who runs this branch needs to rethink what he/she is doing....they have ONE PERSON ALONE on to both complete the transaction paperwork AND get the physical truck/trailer ready. A huge line of 6 people Sun at 10am...we had to wait nearly an hour to get our motorcycle trailer. Besides this the same lone uhaul worker is talking nonstop about how she's always the only one on duty and has to 'do everything ' herself. Look, I understand your mgr is clearly an idiot but complaining about it isn't helping the frustration level or the 6 ppl waiting. I will never use this location again.

The mileage charge seems high, but Mikey was great to deal with!

Did a visual walk around all seemed fine, until the rain started. A previous renter apparently hit something and the repair was not done properly. Mom's attic leaked like a collander. Reported it upon return and was supposed to be contacted by a manager, still haven't heard back from them. Todd did a great job as did the AM girl that dispatched the truck to us.

Manager in Mt. Pleasant, New Bedford, MA location is very good addressing customer's needs and concerns. Online reservations are terrible. I had to call the main customer service department for new pick up location, because the original location did not have the truck nor the reservation I had made. There is no online reservation convenience.

My truck that I reserved over 2 weeks in advance was not available for me on the day and time I arrived. I had to pay more money for the same truck.

I reserved a truck online days ago. I picked the truck up yesterday in New Bedford MA. It was a one way trip from New Bedford to Arlington, MA. When I arrived late night in Arlington, MA at the drop off location, I used the uhaul website drop off option. While “checking out”, it used my location services to notify me I was at the wrong location and it had to be driven all the way back to the original pickup location which is roughly 70 miles away from where I have just moved to. Basically the order got messed up somewhere and it was scheduled as an “in town rental”, which was wrong. I called uhauls 24 hour number and explained. They then told me I had to drive it all the way back. I disputed them as the error was on their end. I then was transferred to someone else in “customer service” and they told me to drive it all the way ~70 miles back and that the “traffic” dept was closed for the night and I had the options to stay with the truck overnight until morning when they opened to dispute it ot drive it all the way back. Had I left it at the Arlington, MA location I’d be risking “up to 3X rental change penalty.” No one on their end would change the reservation to a one way trip. So I sucked it up and drove all the way back to New Bedford, MA late into the night, essentially doubling my mileage use and havubg to soend another $32 in gas to get it back. It was an awful experience. I plan to return to uhaul today to dispute this and hopefully be reimburse for my fuel costs I should never have had to pay.

There was a line to check back in and she said leave the key so I asked if she had a broom because there were a very small pile of pine needles Sue said it's all set and I left and was emailed a cleaning fee

The doors in my truck didn't close all the way, on either side. There was a gap where I could see outside when my door was shut. I was driving on the highway and needed to play with the door to assure it wasn't going to open on me. Also the alignment on the truck was off and made it very difficult to steer the truck. I'm moving out of state so thankfully I won't have to use this location again.
