ROSS G.I called the on line number for drop off location and was told this was the drop off location because it had room. I was told the U-Haul 2 miles away from me was full and had no room. When I went to drop the trailer you couldn't even get in the parking lot because it was full of trucks and trailers. I parked in the road blocking one lane. Then was told to park the trailer on the side of the road. I went by the U-Haul that was 2 miles away from me, they had only 2 trucks in the parking lot. I think the online service and the U-Haul locations don't communicate with each other.
