I had to wait 15 minutes because staff (both members) were out on the property. The girl who put the dolly on the truck put it in wheels down and it rolled around while I was driving to my first stop. Also, the gas level was miss marked (15/16 vs 7/8 actual). I tried to correct it in the app, but I still got charges for a couple of gallons of gasoline which I don't believe was correct.

My friend and I moved at similar times from the same city to the same city and they showed me that it is much cheaper to rent a U-Haul through the app than it is online. I feel like I paid way too much booking online than my friend did on the app. Something to consider when renting.
