Jim was great! The site was down and he helped get us set up even though he isn’t open on Saturday. When we had to extend our rental he was helpful and we had no issues. He checked us back in when we dropped off. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!
Trudy BThe trailer I reserved was not on location. I got know update or information and had to rent a different trailer. This is standard procedure tactic for U-Haul. The app provides no extra layer for updates. Stop renting equipment if it’s not physically at your location, or at least be transparent so customers have all the information ahead of time. We barely made our time deadline due to this lack of customer respect, adding extra stress to an already hectic moving day. The U-Haul operator at this location was helpful and great to work with. He did the best he could to accommodate us.
Joe FI would recommend making sure renters know how to drive a 26 foot box truck. It's a little different than a Subaru.
