Pick up location was a complete dump. That is the second location I was transferred to after the online reservation that your website sent me to was unavailable, after telling me it was available and scheduled. I then drove 40 miles to pick it up, only to be sent back the other direction another 50 miles. The worst service ever. I should be compensated in some way for this horrendous service and lack of proper webservice, scheduling and facility trashy-ness. Then the second location, I had to wait another 30 minutes for the owner, who lived across the street, to arrive. Ridiculous.

The biggest hassle of all during my entire moving experience. Was overcharged $500, charged after truck was returned, accused of theft of vehicle, will never use Uhaul again and telling all of my friends and family about my horrible experience.

There was a location in Glenwood Springs Co which is where we were moving to yet after being told I could drop it off there, I was told that I had to drive it somewhere else which was further away. The truck had old cigarettes left in it and was overall dirty inside.

Jim was above and beyond helpful! He went out of his way to arrange a truck when the size I reserved from a nearby location was not available. Extra bonus, he fixed my car in less than 24 hours without an appointment at his mechanical store while I rented the truck. What a GEM!!!!

Explain the final charges via email. I left the same amount of gas in the truck and drove only a few miles more, but my charges were almost double. When I dropped the truck off, ON TIME, no one was there. I dropped the key in the box after locking the truck up. I do not understand why I was charged an additional $59.35.
